The fifth MSCC points event of the season will be hosted at Madison International Speedway (MIS). MIS is always a fun venue that drivers of all vehicle types enjoy! \nExperienced and novice drivers are welcome! Many of our experienced Autocrossers are always willing give coaching advice to anyone looking for tips and pointers. \nBe sure to check out the Autocross page here on the MSCC website for detailed information on how you can get into the action – especially the RULEBOOK. Membership is not required\, however\, members receive discounted pricing and acquire points at each event attended. \nhttps://www.madisonsportscarclub.com/autox-faq/ \nREGISTRATION\nImportant notes about registration and cost \nONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY at http://msreg.com/2023MSCCax5 \nREGISTRATION TIMES\nRegistration for all events will open 37 days prior to the event for MSCC members only and 30 days prior to the event for everyone regardless of MSCC member status.\nRegistration will end two days prior to the event at 11:59pm.  This means the following deadlines will apply: \n\nSaturday events will close registration the Thursday before at 11:59pm.\nSunday events will close registration the Friday before at 11:59pm.\n\nCOST \n\n$35 for MSCC members\n$45 for non MSCC members\n$0 for Spectators (Spectators are free as always\, but everyone must still stop and sign the event waiver)\n\nCHECK IN & TECH INSPECTION: \n\nCheck in the day of the event will vary depending on the venue and times we are allowed to start.  So please carefully review each events posted check-in time on the motorsportreg event listing.\nTech Inspection will always follow check in so tech inspection times will also vary for each event depending on the venue.\n\nRemember to be prepared for whatever the weather brings us\, and bring your helmet\, hydration and a lunch. \nAll entrants and guests must stop at the entrance to sign liability waivers.

SUMMARY:August Social - 3rd Annual Aviation and Autos - Middleton
DESCRIPTION:We’re going to check out the 3rd annual Aviation & Autos at Capital Flight/Middleton Airport. \nAll spectators are free! \nThe Cruise-In runs from 10:00-3:00 but swing by the MSCC Corral any time during the show\, just look for the MSCC banner on a blue canopy. \nWant to show your car in the MSCC Corral and be eligible for judging? We have a rebate program that will cover at least half of the $30 entry fee for up to 12 cars. 100% of all proceeds go to the Cars Curing Kids charity. Please let us know at socials@madisonsportscarclub.com if you’d like to show your car in the MSCC Corral. If you’d like to take us up on the rebate\, you’ll pay the full fee at the gate and receive the rebate after the show. \nLocation: Capital Flight/Morey Field Entrance \n8300 Airport Road\, Middleton\, WI \nDate: Saturday\, August 12th \nTime: 10 AM to 3 PM \nGeneral Parking: \nA limited amount of non-show premium parking will be available for $30 donation. Ample free street parking available nearby. Handicap accommodation and shuttles available \nWhat to expect at the event: \nSilent Auction will be held in the Hanger \nA DJ will be providing music \n50/50 Raffle \nFood Carts \nPedal Cars \nThere will be prizes for winners of Car Classes \nFor those participating in the show: \n$30 will be charged at the gate to participate in the car show. We can accept cash or card. \nParking will NOT begin until 9:30 am as we need to get vendors and sponsors in their spots prior. \nRegistration will not be open until 10 am. \nAfter you park you will need to register your car at the Registration station to be judged. \nThere will be show Awards. We will post those to the site soon so please check back. All awards will be announced at the hanger at 2:30 pm.
