DESCRIPTION:We’ve had a great time in previous visits playing with Kelly Moss’ Mustang All-Wheel Drive Dyno – so we’re headed back for another round – perfect timing to kick off the season. \nA discounted $80 per session (3 pulls) gets you on the dyno – so bring out your street car\, AX’er and racers to baseline or see if those winter changes moved the needle.  MSCC Dyno Days runs are available from 1:00-5:00 pm Friday and 8:00 am-1:40 pm Saturday.  Call ahead to reserve your run time! \nWhile you’re welcome to check out friend’s dyno runs\, we’ll have a more formal open house from 10am-Noon on Saturday where we’ll get a dyno demo and shop tour – and there’s always some awesome Porsche Cup race cars and other interesting cars around too – Don’t miss it! \nDyno Run Time slots: Friday May 31 – 1:00pm – 5:00pm                                                                                   Saturday June 1 – 8:00am – 1:40pm \nFor dyno info & pre-registration call Kelly Moss at (608) 274-5054 Extension 3

Many of our experienced Autocrossers are always willing to ride along and give coaching advice to anyone looking for tips and pointers. \nBe sure to check out the Autocross page here on the MSCC website for detailed information on how you can get into the action – especially the RULEBOOK \n**FOR 2019 MSCC will be ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY at www.motorsportreg.com!**\n**Important notes about registration and cost**\nEarly online registration (more than 48 hours prior to the event) cost is $35 for members and $45 for non members. \nOnline registration less than 48 hours before the event until registration closes will be $40 for members and $50 for non-members. \nRegistration closes the night before the event. \nCheck in the day of the event is open from 7:00am – 8:30am \nTech Inspection is open from 7:15am – 8:45am the day of the event.

SUMMARY:Volunteer for a Great Cause at the Blackhawk Classic VSCDA Races
DESCRIPTION:A call to all MCSS members!  Midwestern Council is once again staffing the Blackhawk Vintage Classic weekend for VSCDA\, the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association\, on Friday June 14 to Sunday June 16. It takes a lot of race staffers to grid\, score and flag 23 races over three days! \nPlus\, this year VSCDA is holding the Porasik & Yde Wealth Management Enduro benefitting the Disabled American Veterans organization\, a Formula Ford Birthday Race\, a spec Renault/Spec Ford welcome race\, the Trans Am B Sedan series\, the Sprite Midget race series\, the reverse handicap Dad’s Day Scramble and some of the very best Vintage Formula Vee racing on the planet. The VSCDA Group 1 cars are always a treat on and off the track\, with Bugattis\, Indy racers\, pre-war MGs and everything in between up close and personal\, Blackhawk Farms style. \nAll staffers are included in VSCDA’s welcome pizza/ice cream social on Friday and Saturday dinner by Rockford IL’s 4 star restaurant Franchesco’s\, you’ll never want to leave the track. \nBesides seeing an incredible variety of great cars at full chat\, there are a number of other incentives:\n– Free lunch for all staff – and Blackhawk has really upgraded their food the last few years\n– Free camping as always – the weather steward assures us a beautiful weekend in store\n– The smell of Castrol and racing gas in the morning\n– Great experience for an MC Novice license-holder – from the other side of the guard rail \nPlease e-mail Gary Schneider at membership@madisonsportscarclub.com if you think you can spare a day (or two or three) for a worthy cause.
