DESCRIPTION:Subaru FL4TFest is an annual charity event that benefits the American Family Children’s Hospital and Dane County Humane Society. \nHosted at Madison International Speedway the FL4TFest activities for the day include: \n\nCar Show\nAutocross competition on the race track (Madison Sports Car Club Volunteers running this event!)\nRallycross competition in the field behind the race track\n\nVOLUNTEERS NEEDED\nThis event is hosted by the FL4TFest charity and is not a MSCC points event.  But MSCC is running the autocross portion of the event and we always need volunteers to come and help run the event.  If you have some time on this day to come on out and help run the autocross event that will be greatly appreciated. \nVolunteer duties include any of the following: \n\nCorner workers to re-set cones\, call in penalties\, and make sure everything stays safe on track\nGrid chief to release cars up to the starting line\nStarter to release cars on course\nTiming and Scoring\nCourse set up and tear down\nTech Inspection\nRide along as a passenger and offer instruction to drivers looking for advice\n\nIf you are looking to be a participant in the autocross it is open to all makes and models.  Don’t miss this fun filled day and the opportunity to get a lot of great autocross runs in for the day! \nFor event and registration information please visit the Subaru FL4TFest web page and the Subaru FL4TFest Facebook page.

DESCRIPTION:Looking to start Autocrossing?  MSCC is hosting a driver’s school for our first autocross event of the year.  The school will have a maximum of 30 students to help ensure that everyone gets plenty of seat time and plenty of time with the instructors. \nNo need to worry if you haven’t participated in an Autocross event. Our school will be the perfect first event for you.  We will cover topics such as a typical day’s schedule\, what tech inspection will mean for you and your car\, what competition class your car will be in\, and of course we will introduce you to the fundamentals of car control via class room talk as well as on track.  Be sure to check out our website for detailed information to get you into the action. \nThe cost for the school is $30/student. \n**FOR 2019 MSCC will be ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY at www.motorsportreg.com!**\nBe sure to bring plenty of water and a lunch. In the Kettle Moraine region of Wisconsin\, between Plymouth and Elkhart Lake\, lies the lush and forested backdrop of one of the most iconic road courses in America. A full four miles in length\, with exhilarating elevation changes\, this track has been home to pro and club racing series since the 1950’s. \nMidwestern Council has been operating as an amateur road racing sanctioning body for sixty years and offers one of the best club racing experiences in the country. \nWe accept current Midwestern Council\, SCCA\, WHRRI\, BMWCCA\, EMRA\, CASC\, PCA\, NASA\, ACC 1&2\, SVRA\, VMC\, HSR licenses (download the entry packet and see details and exclusions: Supplemental Regulations #3) \nFor Volunteers: \nAll Council/SCCA/VSCDA race staff are invited to see all the action up close– in the paddock and trackside by volunteering for a race staff specialty one or both days! DESCRIPTION:Midwestern Council of Sports Car Club is hosting the 2018 Midwestern Council July Driver’s School! This school will be limited to all Closed wheel cars and sports racers. You will spend the entire day either on the track or receiving constant feedback from experienced instructors. Successful students will receive an MC 2018 Novice Competition License upon successful completion\, and can sign up for the race on Sunday! \nThe Wheel-to-Wheel Drivers School has two parts. Friday Night will be a required classroom session with a written quiz at the end of the night. This classroom session provides drivers all the information that they will need the following day to pass the school.
