DESCRIPTION:Midwestern Council (Great Lakes Sports Car Club) is hosting several on track events on the weekend of Aug 28 – 30th.  A brief summary of each days events is included below.  Please see the registration link below the summary for all details and registration information. \nFriday Aug 28th Day: \nHPDE: 9:00am to 4:30pm.\n$175 for full day\n$135 for morning only (9am – 12 noon).\n4 groups: Closed Wheel\, Open Wheel\, Novice/Intermediate\, and Advanced. Each group will get 4 sessions on track (full day).\nFriday Aug 28th Evening: \nHSAX: 5:00 – 7:30pm\n$70 HSAX timed runs only (no HPDE practice time)\n$225 for Friday daytime HPDE and Friday night HSAX timed runs.\nSaturday Aug 29th: \n1.  HSAX: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm\n$185\nMorning HPDE Practice\, Afternoon timed runs\nThere is an additional discount if you register for both HSAX events (Fri and Sat). DESCRIPTION:Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs is calling all members\, racers and volunteers! We will be hosting the April 2020 Midwestern Council Driver’s School at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. This school will include sessions for W-W Closed-wheel cars\, W-W Open-wheel cars and High Speed Autocross cars. You will spend the entire day either on the track or receiving constant feedback from experienced instructors. W-W students will receive an MC (MCSCC) 2020 Novice Competition License upon successful completion\, and can sign up for the race on Sunday! Autocross students receive a Certificate of Completion. \nThe Wheel-to-Wheel Drivers School has two parts. Friday Night is a required classroom session with a written quiz at the end of the night. This classroom session provides drivers all the information that they will need the following day to pass the school. This will cover flags\, passing\, basic cornering techniques and much more! For Autocross students\, the Friday night classroom session is optional but recommended.
