At the 2005 Annual Meeting, six Directors were elected to sit on the club's Board. Following the meeting, the new Board met on Dec. 15 to elect club officers.

The Madison Sports Car Club announces it's 2005 Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting on Dec. 3. The 2006 Board consists of:

- Gary Schneider
- Bill Snively
- Pete Wood
- Loren Ziglin
The Club officers for 2006 are:
- President - Gary Schneider
- Vice President - Chris McNicol
- Treasurer - Ray Jackson
- Secretary - Andrew Schmiechen
